To add to the great and what I thought were the most immediately useful tips, were the productivity tips. How very helpful it is to be reminded that one doesn't have to drink out of a water hose; instead, focus on one or two and assimilate those and then take on more. There's no rush to excellence just thoughtful repetition and discipline. Last but not least, Vickie's humorous, calm and easy-going manner encouraged engagement. The technical stuff can be cumbersome by nature. I loved hearing "come back to me!", or 'my eyes must look like hearts' were phrases that though I was present reset my attention if it was waining. Brava, Vicki!

Is this only for new hires?
Not at all. The M365 Onboarding Bundle is effective at every stage of an employee’s career. In fact, the longer they have been with your company, the more likely they have knowledge gaps with the apps they rely on daily. Technology is constantly changing. This training will set and raise the baseline skills across the entire team.

When does the 90 days begin and end?
If you are purchasing a bundle on behalf of one or more employees, then the 90 days begins when an employee uses the link to officially enroll in the program. For instance, if you purchase today but they don't click the link to enroll until 7 days from now, then their 90 days begins on the day of their enrollment, not on the day you purchased the bundle for them. If you are purchasing this for yourself, the 90 days begins on the day of purchase.
